Government Talent Solutions
ABBTECH® helps federal, state and local agencies tackle hiring initiatives without losing compliance.
In support of our
Federal partners,
ABBTECH has past performance both as a prime contractor and a sub-contractor to small, medium, and large prime contractors. We have extensive knowledge and experience in support of the following directives for Federal agencies, departments and bureaus.

A few of our successful partnerships and projects:
Statutory Mission– A statutory mission is a mission defined by law.
- Per a Presidential Directive, HSPD12, as a sub-contractor to a Fortune 500 company, we supplied and deployed over 350 trusted agents to every seaport the US owns in Support of the Transportation Worker Identification Credentialing (TWIC) Program. Seaports in the US and in US Territories including American Samoa, Guam, and Puerto Rico.
Performance Metrics– Quantifiable measures used to evaluate and track the performance of an organization, department, team or individual.
- Every project we work on, we work with our customer to identify specific goals and metrics for successful completion. For example, we implement staffing specific SLA (Service Level Agreements) around time and number of candidates to submit, time to fill, etc.
Results – Immediate and quantifiable consequence of an action or situation. Usually related to a controlled process or steps to be taken.
- We hired and deployed over 350 people for Transportation Worker Identification Credentialing (TWIC) Program in less than 60 days based on our repeatable hiring process.
- As a Prime contractor, we deployed 33,000 new laptops within 11 (eleven) months, sooner than our Federal agency goal of 12 (twelve) months.
Project Outcomes – A broader concept than results, that emphasizes the broader impact and long-term implications. It implies consequences over time.
- We supplied computer Technicians to deploy 33,000 new laptops to agency employees. Deploying 33,000 laptops within 12 months allowed the IRS employees to effectively perform their job responsibilities and carry out the mission of the Treasury Department.
- All current seaport workers were credentialed, compliant and able to continue to perform the duties of their position without delay in their delivery schedule.
Impact To Mission Objective – Tangible changes or results an organization generates for its community as outlined by its mission, vision, and goals.
- Transportation Worker Identification Credentialing (TWIC) Program made an impact to the mission objective by providing staffing available sooner than expected which allowed the customer to start delivering ahead of schedule.
